Transforming turtles lol

I think this is the most awesome thing in the world right now. I am like a kid at christmas with the transforming turtle. We really they are growing not transforming but if you look at the pix you can see the transformation of this process. I hope you enjoy the pix.

Just for those who aren't sure what I am talking about. The Green areas are older shell. The black/dark gray area is the new shell coming in. It is so Awesome to me to be able to see this with my eyes.

Turtle Update.

I was watching the turtles tonight and noticed Andrea's turtle is growing. They are kool looking when they grow you can actually see the transformation in the shell very clearly I will take a pic of it tomorrow if it is still the same and show you. It is really Awesome.

My new table setting.

I can't believe it. My house is not just clean but clean and as organized and trash/junk free as much as possible without having access to my storage building. Hopefully, I can get the laundry done now and that will be the best.

I got us some new pretties for the dinning room table from Dollar General as a reward of getting all this done. I got four new place mates. Not plastic stuff but real nice cloth that can be washed and still look the same no added fluff stuff kind. And a matching table runner. The runner isn't pointed at the ends with tassels but I like it the way it is. The design is awesome and if it had been any different I don't think I would have gotten them. I am of course kicking myself in the the ass for not sending Cher her package back in July when I was supposed to cause I am wanting my tea towels now. I guess there is something to learn from this. And just to let Cher know I finally found the bigger box I needed to get everything sent. I understand if you don't get the towels done for a while. You have ALOT on your plate right now and it is understandable.

P.S. If you can't tell Pumpkins are my favorite thing. Plus I love fall the leaves all red and yellow instead of just green. Plus my fave color is orange like a pumpkin.

This is one of the turtles fave ways to sleep I don't know why but they seem to like it.

Today

Well today I didn't get my BP taken I didn't leave the house till after my mil went to church so I missed out today. I am going to go tomorrow after church. I did take my meds this morning and made sure to eat breakfast also. Got my den re-arranged and now have a big huge mess in my dining room LOL. So I know what I am going to be doing tomorrow after I get back from Church and MIL. I also took pics of the turtles also.

Doctor's bluhhhhhhhhh

It's been awhile.

Well I finally got a new pair of glasses after going 2 weeks without any.

I also went to a doctor for the first time in 7 years and now I have to deal with high blood presure for a while. It was 161/106 and the doc before she even saw me gave me some meds and had an EKG done. I am in the process of now getting used to the meds and taking my BP once a day and keep a record of it so I can show her every appt. Once the meds kick in I will be able to change things in my life to getting off the meds.
The doc also wants me to take these tests to see how my kidney's are doing and to see how my thyroid is but those are going to cost me like $300. So I am not sure when I will be able to go and take them but I will as soon as I can.

The doc don't want me going back to work for the next 3 days so I can get adjusted to the meds. That sucks cause I don't want weekends off at this time. But I will deal with that when it happens.
